Default how to copy formulas to other cells in excell

am having problems copying formulas from one cell to another using relative
cell references,i have tried several techniques and still does not work,like
EDIT,COPY,PASTE SPECIAL,FORMULAS and DRAGGING THE FILL HANDLE but it still
refers to the address used in the copied.I want to be able to copy formulas
to other cells without encountering this problem.

Have you tried this with a VBA solution for a selected range ?
