![]() I have a sheet with numbers as well as words (names) I would like the seperate sheets to be able to consolidate to one sheet. I have tried using the consolidation in the program but the WORDS do not move to the new sheet actually none of the cells moved and appeared exactly the same as the other sheet. Any suggestions or ideas? I am working with excel 2002 :( -- em8195 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ em8195's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=28470 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=480752 |

![]() I would like the workbook sheets to automatically transfer information to one consolidated workbook. I want to be able to enter info in to work book A, B and C and it consolidate to D. Is this possible? I don't want to have to cut and paste all the information if it can be formulated to automatically pull from the three sheets. I am not sure what you are asking, could it be as easy typing : = and
then go to the cell reference and pressing enter? |

![]() I did = and put it on the new page but none of the WORDS showed up on the new page. there were alot of numbers none which made any sense. 1 Plant 25 Stationary Equipment 0/00/00 0-00 22 1978 Miller Trailer TRLR 8/5/1983 Miller 01126 zJ992Jul-96 90 1976 Fork Lift LIFT 2 Gas 5/9/1984 Cham 766876 458RQ 0-00 94 1984 Truck w/Earthdrill TRK 2 Diesel 1/4/1984 77323P 2J47921 Jan-96 this is what is on the one sheet that all the data has been entered into. I have taken this sheet and made several sheets with each in refrence to each type ie.TRK LFT TRLR Now i would like to take those sheets and somehow format them to go to one consolidated sheet. Is this possible????? ![]() -- em8195 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ em8195's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=28470 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=480752 |

Well I am not sure why this is not working, if you are getting wrong
numbers and words, I can only assume that the cell references are not correct, |
