Default Excel Cell Format - 2

I am also interested in a time format that would easily allow me to track
standard hours in manufacturing. For example, Operation 123 used to build
Part ABC takes 3 minutes, Opertion 345 takes another 10 minutes for a total
time of 13 minutes. The total time with all (sub)assemblies takes 93 minutes.

I need an expression that would easily allow me to input the time. The
expressions found/used in MS Project are ideal (e.g. 1 minute = input of 1m).
Then the spreadsheet can rollup the time as required.
