Default Excel Cell Format - 2

I am also interested in a time format that would easily allow me to track
standard hours in manufacturing. For example, Operation 123 used to build
Part ABC takes 3 minutes, Opertion 345 takes another 10 minutes for a total
time of 13 minutes. The total time with all (sub)assemblies takes 93 minutes.

I need an expression that would easily allow me to input the time. The
expressions found/used in MS Project are ideal (e.g. 1 minute = input of 1m).
Then the spreadsheet can rollup the time as required.

In your example your total is 93 minutes. If this is the format you need,
then simply enter the data in each cell in the number of minutes and sum the
cells.
