Default Excel question...

I am attempting to create an addition math drill sheet in Excel. I know
there is an option whereby I can press a button, and all the numbers I enter
are reshuffled so that I do not have to type in new numbers each time. I was
told I could just press F9, but that does not seem to be working. All
assistance would be appreciated.
