Let's assume that your group of cells will be in A1:A100. Here is what
you need to do:

1. In any unused cell, enter (1+ the percentage)
2. Go to this cell and copy it (Ctrl-C)
3. Highlight the cells, A1:A100
4. Go to "Edit/Paste Special/Multiply"
5. Click OK
