Can anyone suggest how to detect Cells containing negative values form large size of data approx. having 100 columns and rows because filtering the data 100 times not make sense.

Is a Conditional Formatting an option for your case? If so, try it: Select your cells. Choose Conditional Format Menu -- Cells that have Value: Less than -- 0 -- Select Fill color you want. OK All the negative cells will be colored instantly. Please, tell us if it worked for you.
