Default Parsing full name into salutation, First, middle, last, Suffix

I have large list of name in excel as below..............
Frank O. Martin
G. E. Smith
Susan Smith-Klein
Jeffrey Chang
Dr. Jack Johnson Smith, PhD
Mr. Jim S. Van De Berg, Jr.

How can separate them in different columns for Salutation, First Name, middle name, last name and suffix??
