Hey guys,

I'm looking for an answer to probably an easy question for some of your. See below for an example. I am trying to do this with function. i've been toying around with Index/Match, but always get N/A, and can't figure it out.

Any help would be really appreciated.


SHEET 1:

Need to reference the intersection of George & John, then recieve an answer of 589.23 as the output of the forumla



SHEET 2:

Sally Billy Jessica John Mike
Sam 1.2 3.3 5.2 463 1
Manny 3.5 18.2 8.6 42.1 86.2
George 4.8 19.63 10.1 589.23 8.52
Eddie 4.1 46.12 15.4 462.13 836
