Hey guys,

I'm looking for an answer to probably an easy question for some of your. See below for an example. I am trying to do this with function. i've been toying around with Index/Match, but always get N/A, and can't figure it out.

Any help would be really appreciated.


SHEET 1:

Need to reference the intersection of George & John, then recieve an answer of 589.23 as the output of the forumla
