When using auto filter on a spreadsheet that has over 1005 lines of data the
auto filter will not list any data after line 1005. What can I do to have it list all the data? I have a spreadsheet of names with their phone numbers that goes to line 1044. |

It is NOT protected. It was shared, but I "un-shared" it.

You may have a blank row at that spot but more likely.........
The autofilter dropdown list will show only 1000 items by default. Workarounds are to use Custom and "equals" or "contains" or similar. See also Debra Dalgleish's site for methods. http://www.contextures.on.ca/xlautofilter02.html#Limits Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 13 Nov 2007 13:23:02 -0800, Julieeeee wrote: It is NOT protected.
