Default sorting and filtering

I want to source a single column from a separate worksheet named 'projects'
and create a function that will return each project in another worksheet, but
only once (many projects are listed multiple times). Can anybody lend a hand?

You can use an Advanced Filter to create a unique list from the selected
column. There are instructions in Excel's Help, and he
