For the week beginning on Sunday...

=TEXT(A1,"dddd")&" of Week "&WEEKNUM(A1)&" of Year "&YEAR(A1)

For the week beginning on Monday...

=TEXT(A1,"dddd")&" of Week "&WEEKNUM(A1,2)&" of Year "&YEAR(A1)
