I have just spent a few months typing the entire week by week uk top 40 music chart into excel.
I Have 4 Columns A-B-C-D A is the Artist Column B is the Chart Number C is the Year D is the track title Because the charts data changes every new chart i have data like this A - B - C - D En Vogue - 5 - 1990 - Hold On En Vogue - 7 - 1990 - Hold On En Vogue - 12 - 1990 - Hold On Now what i would like to do is just to keep the lowest (highest chart number) number entry so Out of the 3 entries above this would be only one En Vogue - 5 - 1990 - Hold On. I am new to excel and the version i have is 2007 so any help is really appreciated. Thankyou. -- --------------------------------- --- -- - Posted with NewsLeecher v4.0 Final Web @ http://www.newsleecher.com/?usenet ------------------- ----- ---- -- - |
