Default Filter multiple workbooks from drop down list selection

I have got a report that i want users to be able to pick thier name on a summary sheet from a drop down list and the subsequent 5 sheets will be filtered on thier name.

Is this enough detail or do you need specific cell refs?

Thanks
Andy

using equal to or using formula fetch all the required names into hidden area of summary report tab, use data validation to show it in the drop down.

note: data validation drop down doesnt suite for multiple sheets.

please refer attached sample sheet.
