It is always better to use all that blank white space in the body of the
message to describe in non-cryptic, non-abbreviated detail what your problem/question is so we don't have to struggle to guess at what you want. Taking a guess based on the limited data you posted... click Tools/Options on the menu bar, select the General tab and uncheck the first CheckBox (labeled "R1C1 reference style").
