Default Creating a duplicate workbook without values

I created an inventory management workbook for 2009. I'd like to make one
for 2010, complete with all headers and formulas but with the data fields
blank. Can I copy the workbook without cell values, or do I have to start
all over and create it from scratch?

Select the region that you want to copy, go to the new book, right-click then
paste-special...look at the options there. Which one suits you? Formulas?
Try that and see how you get along.

Default Creating a duplicate workbook without values

Save as a copy of the workbook.

Select all cells and F5SpecialConstants.

Uncheck what you want to keep(like text for tiltles) and OK

EditClear Contents.

You may have to do some cleanup if there are any formulas referring to
specific 2009 dates.
