Default Percentile

I'm new to this so please be patient.

Trying to get a formula that will give me the following.
Goal is 16, they reach 16 which = 100%. How do I generate a formula that
would show that?

Thank you very much.

Hi,

With your mark (1 to 16) in a1 try this

=(A1*6.25)/100

or to cap at 100% use this

=MIN(1,(A1*6.25)/100)

Both formatted as %
