Default Updating formula results

I am having the following issues:
1. When I copy and paste a formula to different cells, the results do not
reflect the correct data! It only takes the data from the first cell,
although the formula is correct
2. When the data is updated, the formula results do not automatically get
updated

Is there somewhere to go to for making it automatic? This is the first time
I am encountering such issues!!!

Hi,

I'm not sure I fully understand the question but perhaps calculation has
been changed to manual

Tools|Options - Calculation tab and select automatic.
