Default I'm a leaner wiht a headache!!

Vicky to assist in giving you the correct solution more info is required from
you:
e.g. what is the "layout" of your data? (column headings, number of rows used)
You may well be looking for a SUMPRODUCT formula but clearly any formula
needs to refer to cells and without knowing the layout nobody can really
develop a formula for you.
