Now() includes the time as well as the date.
You would need to remove the formula to do that, and replace with the value. Try Ctrl-; (semi-colon) in the cell. -- __________________________________ HTH Bob "Mary" wrote in message ... As the functions say today() =date, now() is timestamp including time on date. Wkr, JP "Michael.Tarnowski" wrote in message ...
