My company uses an excel spreadsheet to track time spent in several different
programs (ea. program has a number). It's easier to show. The following
reflects that 1.5 hrs. is spent in prog. 23 and so on.

A B
23 1.5
5 .50
15 1.00
14 .75
23 .25
15 .50

On a separate section of the spread sheet, all the programs are listed in
numerical order and then hours spent on ea. prog. again stated. (there's a
reason for this).
Anyway, I need a fomula that will pick up all the hours in B that are
related to ea. prog. EX:

15 1.5 hrs.
23 1.75 hrs. The employee's are manually adding up their time
spent in each prog. and placing it next to the approp. prog. number.
