Default How do I create a custom button that combines format settings?

In our business we often use the "Accounting" dollar sign ($) format setting
(with no decimals) along with the double-underline setting. Rather than
sellect the individual buttons each time, we'd like one button that combines
these format settings. Once it is created, I need to be able to 'distribute'
it to other users.

If one of you is really ambitious, in addition to the above, here are some
other custom formats and buttons that we need:

1) An "Accounting" style underline (accross the whole cell - but NOT a cell
border)

2) A "dash" place-holder that appears in the 'hundred' spot

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
select the cell you want to format
Go to Tools Options - record Macro - Choose a name for the Macro - Ok
Apply your formatting
Stop the Macro recorder ( square button)
Right click a Toolbar
Select Customize
Select Commands tab
Select Macros under Categories
Select a button and drag it to your toolbar
Right Click the button
Select Assign Macro
Select the created macro

Ok

Now when you want to apply the fromat, click the cell to format
Click your button
Done

Hi Pecoflyer,

I neglected to mention that I'm using Excel 2007. Sorry. My bad. Anyway, I
still need the solution, just geared for Excel 2007.

Thanks.
