Default create a custom button in windows vista

i AM TRYING TO CREATE A CUSTOM BUTTON IN EXCELTO ADD TO MY TOOL BAR TO WHICH
I WOULD LIKE TO ASSIGN A MACRO. IT USED TO BE POSSIBLE IN WINDOWS XP. HOW DO
YOU DO IT IN VISTA. ALSO HOW DO YOU CUSTOMIZE THE IMAGE ON THE BUTTON?
