Default conditional drop down list problem

Hello.

I am trying to create a spreadsheet with conditional drop down lists,
and it works fine except for one column in the reference list. I have
7 columns of data that I want the cells to reference. One column, in
the middle (but I've moved hoping that would fix it...) titled
"safety" won't cause the conditional list to populate. All other
columns work. Any ideas?

thank you!

Without insight into what, where, when, how, no idea!

Please supply relevant details, so that we can assist you?

What formula are you using in DV;
What is the range name of Safety's info, or else, where is it located.
