Try this with your starting date in cell A2, You can remove the day section if you don't want it. DATEDIF(A2,TODAY(),"y")&" Years, "&DATEDIF(A2,TODAY(),"ym")&" Months and "&DATEDIF(A2,TODAY(),"md")&" Days" HTH John "JenniferD" wrote in message ...
