Hi,
=Sum(A1:a100) formatted as [hh]:mm would do that. If it's not working in your case are you sure you have properly formatted times in your column? Mike "Kim" wrote in message ... I need to formulate a column to add time and convert it to hours and minutes. I have tried the Sum formula and then changed it to hours and minutes in the format cell area but it does not work. My results are 00:00. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. |
