Default How to sum a column to equal hours and minutes in Excel?

Hi,

=Sum(A1:a100) formatted as [hh]:mm would do that. If it's not working in
your case are you sure you have properly formatted times in your column?

I need to formulate a column to add time and convert it to hours and
minutes.
I have tried the Sum formula and then changed it to hours and minutes in
the
format cell area but it does not work. My results are 00:00. If anyone can
help I would appreciate it.
