Hi,
The F4 key is a shortcut key for 3 different things in Excel, depending on where you a 1. If editing or building a formula F4 toggles through the for relative/absolute options as mentioned in the prior emails. 2. If you are in the spreadhseet F4 is repeat last command. That means if you have just Bolded a cell and move to a new cell and press F4 that new cell is formatted bold. 3. If your cursor is in must combo boxes, drop down list, F4 opens the drop down.
