Default decimal numbers to word

I need a code that converts decimal numbers to word. Example: 20.01
becomes" twenty and one tenth" I need this to read into the
thousandths. Example: 100.001 reads one hundred and one thousandth"

Hi,

You can get free code to convert numerical entries to text, such as 123 to
One Hundred Twenty Three, at the following web site:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/213360

You will probably need to modify it to meet your wording.
