Good Thursday Afternoon,
When I type a decimal value into a cell in an Excel 2003 spreadsheet the formula bar shows the value as a whole number ( not a decimal ) even though the cell shows a decimal. Worse, calculations are preformed with the whole number. I have tried changing cell formatting to General, Number and even Custom but the value is still read as a whole number, not the decimal I typed in. Any thoughts or help by those wiser than I would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. :) |
