Default Modifying If Statement

Right now I have the formula =IF(Sheet1!A4="11",H4,""). I want to include
"12" in this formula so that if "11" or "12" is in cell A4 the contents of
cell H4 will appear in the cell where this formula resides. Any thoughts?
