Default Floating cells

Hi boys and girls

I have a sheet where i put my bills, and have a list with the accounts I
need to put them in, and want that list to follow me on my way down on the
rows with bills.

A1 B1 C1 D1 F1

Date Text on bill Account Amount Account and
explenation

There are 20 accounts in column F that I want to "float" as i use the rows
for putting in bills
I have frozen row 1, so its easy to se where to put the date, text on bill,
account and amount

Any suggestions??

Hi,

Why not highlight the column and choose Data, Validation from the Allow drop
down pick List and in the source box enter = and the range where you choices
are (column F)

when you move to any cell in that column you will have a drop down list with
all the choices.

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Cheers,

Hi
They wanted also the text from the account in the col. G to be in the list
they can choose from, is that possible in any way?

F is accountnumber, G is the explaining text of the account in F
Ex:
5340 Cost repairing office machines

Can one do in any way?
