For some reason my copy/paste functions are greyed out when I right click a
field. I can use cntl C and cntl V just fine. I am using Office 2007 and
Vista Ultimate 64. This just started happening today.

(perhaps) somehow your contextual menu/s have been "handled" (inadvertedly ?) -?-
try to restore from vba editor (short-cut: alt + F11)
show immediate window code pane (short-cut: ctrl + G)
copy/paste (or type) the following and press "enter" to execute:

application.commandbars("cell").reset

Try rebooting. I think there's a little section of code in Windows
called, "play with user". Somewhere inside, your computer is laughing
at you.
