Molly -
In Excel 2007, choose View | Zoom. Or, use the zoom controls in the status bar at the bottom right corner of the display. - Mike Middleton http://www.DecisionToolworks.com Decision Analysis Add-ins for Excel "Molly" wrote in message ... Just moved to Office 2007 (still on XP) and I've not been able to find where or how to reduce the size of a spreadsheet on my monitor to 75-95%, depending on how many columns of data I want to see. I don't want to change the screen resolution, just how much of a spreadsheet displays at a time. Where is the box to reduce the % showing or how do I now do it? Thanks! |
