Variable screen size, not resolution
Sorry there, can't answer that one without actually having 2007. I
did have it up to about 2 weeks ago, but like you, I couldn't find
even the simplest of things and what would have normally taken me 20 -
30 seconds to do was turning into 10-15 minutes of searching and
getting it to work properly. IE: I Tossed Excel 2007 out the window
as it's counter productive for me at the moment.
It can be done I'm sure though, good luck!

Thanks, it does. *But is there any way to set the % to exactly what I want
rather than having to accept what appear to be standard increases or
decreases?

Hello there.
Try this,
Hold down CTRL and use your mouse scroll wheel up or down to zoom into
and out of your work.
Hope that helps!

Just moved to Office 2007 (still on XP) and I've not been able to find where
or how to reduce the size of a spreadsheet on my monitor to 75-95%, depending
on how many columns of data I want to see. *I don't want to change the screen
resolution, just how much of a spreadsheet displays at a time. *Where is the
box to reduce the % showing or how do I now do it? *
