Default Import Spreadsheet into Access

Is there any way to prevent the empty rows below my data in excel from being
imported into my access table. I generally have to go into my access table
and manually delete all the empty rows usually this is around 60,000 rows.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jon

Rather than importing the file, provide the data you want to import with a
Range Name and then import the range rather than the file.

Good Luck.
