In excel 2003, when I click in a cell the row and column header are gray for
that cell. How can I change to color to orange to be able to see it better?

Change your Windows Theme for a different color in Excel.......and all other
applications, I might add.

Using WindowsXP theme will give you orange row and column headers when a cell is
selected.
