Default table with a runing clock

I am trying to calculate a table with a 24hr runing clock so i can tell if
someone works over 12hr in a 24hr period. I need to have a 24hr clock runing
so i can tell how much they have worked in the past 24hr based on the present
time, throught out the day.

Default table with a runing clock

Thanks for the help but what i am looking for is to create a table runing off
the the current clock. Basicly i want based on whatever time it is now to
calculate the past 24hrs and show me how much time someone has worked. ex(
say it is 0900 for the past 24hrs i want to know how much work someone has
done. then say 1100 i want to check and see from 1100 the past 24hrs. The
work sheet will have to run off of the computers clock and update ever hr
showing the past 24hrs. Is this possable??
