Default Excel User Tracking

Is there a way to set a worksheet to show who makes any changes to it? Kind
of like how when you insert a comment, it will show the user that wrote the
comment?

Default Excel User Tracking

Ryan,
Thank you for your answer. I'm not really great at Excel, so I'm assuming
that these run off of Macros. How can I see what the macro is? And how can I
copy it to a different spreadsheet?
