Default Figuring Age

Sue,
The DATEDIF function is undocumented in most versions of Excel.

If the function is alien to you, Chip Pearson has excellent
instructions on how to use it:
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/datedif.htm

Does that help?
Post back if you have more questions.
