I would like to separate a list of order by week with a sub total for
that week. I pretty new to excel and would appicate any help.

If you have a column which contains week number, then you can sort the
data by that column. Then you could apply Data | Subtotals and work
through the wizard, setting it up to give you a subtotal for each
change of week number.
