Pivot Totals: Group totals different from Grand totals
Hi there,
Is there a way to have the grand total do something different than group totals? For example: ClockNo Target Date 040 02/02/08 04/02/08 05/02/08 Grand Total 2400 Qty 1133 875 875 2883 Efficiency 47% 37% 37% 121% This grand total is obviously wrong... is there another way of doing it? |

Pivot Totals: Group totals different from Grand totals
Hi
Unfortunately, no. Right click on PTTable Optionsswitch off Grand Total for Rows. If you need the totals, create an extra column to the right of the PT, and use GetPivotData formulae to sum the data and carry out your Percentage Calculations. for more help on GetPivotData take a look at Debra Dalgleish's site http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot06.html -- Regards Roger Govier "PsyberFox" wrote in message ...
