Select the cell whose format you want to apply to the other cells, and copy
it (either Ctrl+C or Edit/Copy from the menu), select the cells you want to apply the format to and select Edit/PasteSpecial from the menu... select Formats and click OK. Rick "Niranjan" wrote in message ... How can I use formula and format as it is, in the next rows? |
