Default Can't Access Add-Ins

Ijust upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007. I had in Excel an add-in that
Federal Express had given me (that opened upon launching Excel) which would
allow me to bulk track large sets of numbers in a sheet.
I can see in Excel Options that the add-in is still there and loaded, but I
cannot find it anywhere to actually use it. In Help it says this addin should
be in an "Add-Ins" tab on the ribbon, but I don't have that tab. I even
loaded some of the canned Excel add-ins I don't need hoping to force Excel to
create the tab, but still nothing. Where can I go to actually execute this
add-in?

I suggest calling Federal Express and asking.

Some Excel 2003 add-ins must be manually added in Excel's
"convenient" dialog accessed by clicking the round Office button,
then Excel Options at the bottom, then Add-ins at the left, then
Manage Excel Add-ins Go at the bottom. Others will not work properly
if you follow that procedure. Still others must be rewritten for
Excel 2007. Unless someone here is familiar with it, it's impossible
to say which category your Fedex add-in belongs to.
