Default Can't Access Add-Ins

Ijust upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007. I had in Excel an add-in that
Federal Express had given me (that opened upon launching Excel) which would
allow me to bulk track large sets of numbers in a sheet.
I can see in Excel Options that the add-in is still there and loaded, but I
cannot find it anywhere to actually use it. In Help it says this addin should
be in an "Add-Ins" tab on the ribbon, but I don't have that tab. I even
loaded some of the canned Excel add-ins I don't need hoping to force Excel to
create the tab, but still nothing. Where can I go to actually execute this
add-in?
