Hi,
If I understand correctly, Vlookup() provides you with the answer ... i.e. Yes or No ... which does not interfere with conditional formatting as such ... With your cursor on the cell to be formatted ... Format Conditional Formatting Cell Value is equal to ="Yes" Format Patterns Green and then add new condition for ="No" in red ... HTH |
