Default Downloading files from the the Internet

I need a macro that will

1.) Open Internet Explorer
2.) Go to a web page
3.) select a file for the previous day
4.) Save that file to my computer

I have been successfull with step 1 only. Any one have any ideas?

Default Downloading files from the the Internet

Tools Macro Record New Macro
Then assign a letter to the macro in the Ctrl + box
Data Import External Data New Web Query.
Type the URL into the address bar.
Click on one of the yellow arrow on the active window (the yellow check
turns to a green check).
Click 'Import'. Click 'Ok'.
