pivot tables, eliminating "0" values
My simple two column pivot table has a column showing dates and a sceond
column showing expense. Many of the dates have no expenses. How can I just tabulate and total those dates with adjacent expense figures? -- TomMurray |

Build an Auto Filter on your Pivot Table and custom show all values

pivot tables, eliminating "0" values
Thanks Aquib, although I think this means I have to populate the full year
long column before I define my pivot table. Please advise otherwise. -- TomMurray "Aqib Rizvi" wrote: Build an Auto Filter on your Pivot Table and custom show all values not equal to zero. AQIB RIZVI |

Tom
You do not need to populate the whole year, you can select the whole column for your pivot table (with blank rows) and can uncheck the 'Blank' for Date in your pivot table. Aqib Rizvi |
