Default Insert Button in Excel

I am trying to assign a command in in X5. I have the number set at 50%
in the cell. I would like to increase the value by 1% at every press
of the button or decrease the value by 1% at the press of another
button. How can that be done? I could quickly view results without
having to type in the actual number. Click,51%,click,52%,click,
53%.............click,52%,click,51%........

Default Insert Button in Excel

From the Forms Toolbar click on the Spin Button.

Create the button on the sheet.

Right-click Format Control.

Note the dialog box for "cell link"

Or you could use the Spin Button from the Control Toolbox.

Right-click on created button and "Properties"

Set the cell under "Linked Cell"
