Default Insert a Save Button in excel

I am trying to insert a "Save" button into an excel (1st)spreadsheet that
saves data from the (1st) spreadsheet into another (2nd) spreadsheet without
altering the (1st) spreadsheet.
Eg: save "customer name" and "Invoice Amount" from (1st) spreadsheet into a
"Statement" (2nd) Spreadsheet without changing anything in the (1st)
spreadsheet.
