I have a large file I want to split into several smaller pages. It has the
VLOOKUP function in it that refers to specific pages within the worksheet. What is the fastest way to save one page of the worksheet without losing all the values when I delete the pages that the VLOOKUP function refers to? |

You can select everything, click copy, and then do a Paste Special and select
Values. "Dave McD" wrote: I have a large file I want to split into several smaller pages. It has the VLOOKUP function in it that refers to specific pages within the worksheet. Highlight the cells with VLOOKUP functions, and do Edit/Copy. Then,
do Edit/Paste Special, and select Values (or Values and Number Formats, if appropriate). Then, you can right-click on the worksheet tab, select Move or Copy, in the dropdown select "New Workbook", and uncheck the "Create a Copy" box if you don't want it to stay in the original large workbook.
